THE SANATORIUM (**Currently represented by**)

(Horror Action Thriller)

NINE COLLEGE KIDS in an RV are returning from a ski trip and decide to take a shortcut across the snow-covered Sierra Nevadas to the coast. Among the cross-section of college kids ranging from the NERDS, JOCKS, and NORMAL KIDS, is REESE, a girl who is under treatment for schizophrenia... or may be clairvoiant.

While manuevering the winding mountain road, the kids come upon BRYCE who has just killed THREE RUSSIAN MOBSTERS over a mysterious bag. Bryce hijacks the RV.

Soon, due to the inclement weather, poor driving conditions, and mysteriously absent roadsigns, the group is lost and running low on fuel. They come across the decrepit and deserted Coombs Sanatorium and break in to take shelter from the winter storm.

They discover that the Sanatorium was where the Hollywood elite went to exorcise their demons, addictions, and perversions. With a world-class movie theatre still in working order, the group decides to weather the storm by watching old movies featuring long dead stars. All seems well until the three dead Russian mobsters appear and engage in a bullet-spraying gunbattle with Bryce over possession of the mysterious bag.

The college kids freak and flee further into the sanatorium with Bryce's bag. Odd happenings begin to dog them and soon the college kids discover that ghosts aren't only on the silver screen but are tangible and seeking a captive audience. Despite help from LILA, a ghostly little girl who tries to help them escape, the kids are driven deeper into the Sanatorium by what appears to be the FAMOUS SILVER SCREEN MONSTERS until they are finally cornered.

Bryce saves the college kids as he retrieves the mysterious bag from them. He now finds himself unwillingly charged with protecting them from something that has been waiting many millenia for an escape from the sanatorium, something that is not going to let any of them go but has a particular interest in Reese.

On top of that, Bryce still has the three dead Russian mobsters on his tail...
